Canon Powershot Sx120is Prices

Photographers, which camera is better in your opinion?

1 – Kodak EasyShare Z950
2 – Kodak EasyShare Z1015IS
3 – Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H55
4 – Casio EX-H10
5 – Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS1
6 – Samsung HZ15W
7 – Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ5A
8 – Canon Powershot SX120IS

They all seem to have good zoom and megapixels with a decent price tag, but I don’t really know what else to go for..

Thanks so much
I quite like the idea of phtography so it would be for taking pictures of nature, buildings, flowers,people…..

and i’d like to be able to video my friends or parts of concerts decently :)

i’m open to other suggestions but my budget is pretty low (under 200 dollars)

I am really not that familiar with the list that you have here. But I suggest that you try and steer clear of Kodak … the quality of their cams isn’t all that good. Casio on the other hand sometimes tend to over-expose pictures (not sure if they already fixed that issue with their recent point-and-shoots though).

Canon tend to produce good quality pictures … same goes with Panasonic. Sony sometimes have extra cool features like the sweep panorama etc.

if you have a low budget … I suggest reading reviews from any of these websites:

if you want my advice … I’d pick a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FH3. it has an (almost) all metal body … image stabilization … 720p HD video capability … and 5x optical zoom. and although I’m not a fan of “the higher MP count … the better” … it has a high 14MP capability. price is below $200 if I’m not mistaken

goodluck
