How many MB is each picture that I take with a Nikon D40?
I want to upgrade my camera, i have aD40 now, and I want to get something that takes better picture and was just wondering the size of images I’m getting now?
The Nikon D40 is a 6MP camera. Your RAW files will be around 5MB each. Your basic JPG files will be less than 1MB and your highest quality JPG files will be around 3MB. Your images will be 3008×2000 pixels.
